Certification

Our designs have been successfully tested by our team of skilled and experienced professionals. We are accredited with ISO 9001:2008 certification for designing, manufacturing & supplying various types of transformers and also for undertaking turnkey contracts for transformer repairs, maintenance & up gradation.

Quality Assurance

The production is executed under the stringent supervision of skilled experts who are experienced enough to manage each task on the quality basis. We use finest quality of raw materials in our process which is purchased from reputed vendors of the market. Each product is tested on parameters of accuracy, class of insulation and short time current rating of various GOVERNMENT TESTING HOUSES such as CPRI.

Applicable Standards: STS transformers are designed and tested as per IS: 2026, IEC-76, IEC-726.

We lay emphasis on procurement of raw material and our workmanship, briefed as under.

CORE: It is constructed from low loss, cold rolled, grain oriented, annealed laminations of electrical sheet steel conforming to the latest international standards. Special frame is built in-house for clamping the core to reduce the magnetic noise as well as making the whole structure rigid & robust.

Testing During Manufacturing Process

Tests conducted are as follows:-

• Measurement of insulation resistance.
  
• Measurement of voltage ratio.
  
• Check up of vector group and polarity.
  
• Induced over voltage test at double voltage and double frequency.
• Separate source high voltage test of HV side and LV side.
  
• Measurement of no load losses and magnetizing current.
  
• Measurement of load losses and impedance voltage.
  
• Measurement of zero sequence current.
  
• Measurement of HV winding and LV winding resistance.
  
• Measurement of temperature rise of winding and oil of transformers at full rated load.
  
• Pressure and vacuum testing of transformer for permanent deflection of body.
